Fitness Exercises During Winter

The cold season is coming and the snow falls. Some representatives of the animal kingdom hibernate due to inability to find food. Others, like us-people, use the lower temperatures and reduced physical activity, combined with home-cooked food to gain some kilograms.

The best place that should be visited during winter is the fitness club. The air conditioner is warm, it does not rain and the devices there are comfortable and you can take advantage of them. But what happens to those who do not want to go to the gym or cannot afford it-either because of lack of money, time or even because they do not want to train with other people? Is there any hope for those who want to train, but not in the gym? Yes, there is and this is the fitness at home.

For the fitness at home you need little or no equipment. If you have dumbbells, you are eligible and you can perform exercises such as in a standard gym. If you do not have, you can get the following things-rope for jumping; lever to raise; soft blanket or training pad for the floor; you can get other accessories such as rubber for grip, rubber bands for stretching, ball for exercises.

Before you begin with the exercises, always do the warming up. You should move all the joints. Make circular motions for pelvic, elbow, shoulder, knee joints, ankles and wrists. You can run some minutes or jump. Extend your hands up and then forward with straight legs, try to touch your toes. Stretch all the muscles that will participate in the training and then continue with the real part. What you can do at home is:
-3×20 pushups with wide stride;
-3×10 pistol on a chair (sit on one leg with the other straight for standing from a chair);
-3×20 pushups with narrow stride;
-3×20 dorsal presses using a chair or other appropriate furniture;
-3×30 crunches.

For the cardio at home you can jump 15 to 20 minutes with the rope, if this is not enough you can run on the spot, do some aerobics or repeat once again warming up before you finish. These repetitions are indicative. In the beginning, you can do fewer repetitions and then increase the series. If you want to lose weight, you can focus on the cardio.

With this exercises we load in general the whole body. The pushups accentuate the breasts and shoulders. Some of the other exercises focus on back muscles-short and long, shoulders and biceps. Jumping will be felt in the hamstrings. These exercises are not so difficult and can be done with pleasure at home. Do not worry if the first few times you cannot stand them, you will learn.

It’s that time of year again, when everyone joins the gym, exercises excessively, starts some sort of diet and skips meals just so they can look great on their summer vacation.  By doing this quick fix, you may lose fat but it will come back just as quick as it fell off. Tip 1 Eat Breakfast

Breakfast kick starts your metabolism for the day resulting in fat loss. A good nutritious breakfast also provides you with energy and reduces the sweet cravings throughout the morning. 

 

A good breakfast would include an omelette with spinach and cheese; bacon and eggs or for the lighter meal full fat yoghurt with berries and nuts

 

Tip 2 Resistance Training

It is thought that jumping on a treadmill for 40 minutes is the ideal fat burning exercise.

Well I am here to tell you that this is just not the case. Lift some weights – yes that is you too ladies, at least three times per week.  Lifting weights increases your metabolism so you burn fat after you have finished exercising. When you lift heavy, you recruit more muscles and muscle burns fat.  Don’t worry about getting ‘bulky’ ladies as you do not have enough testosterone. Think toned! If you do not know what you are doing then ask a member of staff or better still, hire a personal trainer.

 

Tip 3 Snacks

If you are hungry and are no where near a healthy shop, you are more than likely to pick up a bag of crisps or sandwich. This is not going to help with your fat loss goal. Always carry a bag of natural, unsalted nuts with you along with a piece of fruit.  This will tie you over until you come across healthy options.

 

Tip 4 Abide by the 80/20 rule

Even lean, healthy people eat treats now and then.  If you eat correctly 80 per cent of the time, then the other 20 per cent of the time you can get away with treating yourself to a dessert or what ever you desire. 

 

Tip 5 Eat protein, carbohydrates and fat with every meal

Protein such as meat, fish and eggs are the building blocks for lean muscle tissue and will keep you fuller for longer after your meal. Carbohydrates in the form of vegetables and fruit (not pasta, rice and bread) will provide you with your vitamins, minerals and fibre and good fats such as butter, olive oil, coconut oil, avocados and nuts will assist with vital organ function and also keep you feeling fuller for longer and reduce sugar cravings.

Rumex: achenes triangular-shaped oval, length 2.7 ~ 2.8mm, width 1.7 ~ 1.9mm, outside the warehouse-like membranous winged, brown perianth places exist. Achenes brown, shiny, the base has a circular shape areola, the fruit contains a seed, grain weight 1.53g.

If you are looking to lose some weight, then you already know the drill: eat less and exercise more. But you are a busy person, so you look for some shortcuts, some “tips” to help you along.

I can feel your need to find some tips because I’m busy, too. So I looked for diet tips on the internet. And I started a list. But I gave up after 130. That’s right, in just a few minutes I found over 130 diet tips. Now I’m busy, actually too busy to read and digest 130 diet tips, much less put them into practice, or even keep track of them. Have you had a similar experience? Were you frustrated? I felt the same way.

Look, if you do a search on “diet tips”, like I did, you’ll get 25 MILLION results. Where does a busy person start?

The place to start, in my opinion, is with a complete weight loss program, one that comes with a daily routine, menus, what to eat, when to eat it, what to buy, and everything one needs.

Not just a bunch of lose tips that I have to put together in some miraculous and timely way. We need a program for busy people, one that takes the “thinking” time out of the equation.

In addition, this program should have been designed by a trained professional, a person who helps dieters as his/her job.  You want a weight loss program that is more than just some tips from the neighbor down the street.
